Solo traveler Green retreat in the middle of chaos

The gardener and designer nailed it with the green areas and cozy outdoor spots! You are hustling in a busy town but it feels like you hit a slice of paradise with the pool right next to the restaurant!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for all that greenery and a hidden gem in town, I can't complain too much.

The stay was absolutely PERFECTLY PLEASANT. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a great area, right by restaurants and common area and the city center. Breads, cereal, fruit, and cheese were really appreciated. I had climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator in the reasonably large room. The location was good, at a medium distance from Plaza de Armas de Tarapoto.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was clean with an ideal and really helpful staff. The restaurant was good and served hot food.

Buffet breakfast offered great variety every morning.

Lagoon-like pool experience

The surroundings are fine, with a nice integration of green areas that create a relaxing vibe right in the middle of town. The pool provides a great escape, feeling more like a lagoon tucked away in the jungle.

The music from a nearby club was quite loud, which could be bothersome during the night, despite earplugs helping to mitigate the issue. The single room felt a bit cramped, lacking a collapsible table or door hooks. I also noticed the front desk could improve their welcome. A smile or two wouldn't go amiss.

Had a fantastic 2-night stay! The pool area felt like a lagoon surrounded by jungle vibes, and the buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious. Only downside was limited salad dressings in the restaurant.

The single room was decent but a bit cramped for my taste. Air conditioning worked well, a lifesaver in the heat. Would've loved a collapsible table or even a hook on the door for my bags. Front desk staff could use a smile. They seemed a bit unfriendly during check-in and check-out. Room was clean but nothing extraordinary. Still, location is great right in town!

I enjoyed relaxing in the garden among the hammocks. The stay was pleasant, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. I informed the management about an issue I encountered with a hammock that was not secured properly. They did not check on me afterward, disappointing. The stay was good, but I felt the staff could have shown more care. I'm a single traveler from New York and love exploring remote locations.

Spacious Junior Suite with Balcony had a tv and air conditioning. Enjoyed the private bathroom with shampoo and body soap. The pool area felt amazing, perfect for lounging with sun umbrellas. Spa facilities like foot baths and massages really hit the spot. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious, a highlight .

Just a suitable option for a little getaway in Tarapoto with very good value for money. The green areas around the hotel were a refreshing escape from the busy streets. Bring your own snacks since the in-house options are limited.
